FileBuild is a simple little utility that creates files of any size. Useful for testing stuff and padding out CDs, etc. You just enter the size, pick the units (bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, or gigabytes), and hit MakeFile.

FileBuild is a simple little utility that creates files of any size. Useful for testing stuff and padding out CDs, etc. You just enter the size, pick the units (bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, or gigabytes), and hit MakeFile. It will ask you where to save the file to and then create that file at that size. It took about 10 seconds to create a 2 MB file.
